Life Legacy

Viola Mae Archer, age 90 of Cabot passed away Saturday, January 8, 2011. She was born September 27, 1920.She was preceded in death by her husband William Archer and two sons, Dale Archer and Curtis Archer. She has been a resident of Cabot since 1945 and was a member of McArthur Assembly of God Church.

She is survived by her children, Thetta (Joe) Allman of Cabot, Diane (Bill) Garrett of Mayflower, Jerry (Gail) Archer of Cabot, Patricia (Dennis) Braddy of Little Rock, and Elaine (Mike) Nolan of Maumelle. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren , 22 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

In her long life she served the Lord with all her heart and was known for her compassionate giving. She was a mom to many and a friend to all. He hobby was reading the Bible and gardening and we are sure if there is dirt in Heaven she has her hands in it right now.

Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 10, 2011 at Moores Cabot Funeral Home (501) 843-5816.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at McArthur Assembly of God Church. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
