Alton "Dennis" Elam, 69, of Ward, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022.  He was born January 30, 1952 in Covington, Tennessee to the late Alton W. and Virginia Kurts Elam.  Dennis was a truck driver by trade.

Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Ann Elam Ulrich of Kaufman, Texas; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three brothers, Jerry Elam (Barbara) of Ward, Arkansas, Gary Elam (Marilyn) of Drummonds, Tennessee and Calvin Elam (Jessica) of Crystal River, Florida, as well as many extended family members and friends.
