Billy C. Graves, 85, of Cabot, passed away Friday, April 25, 2025. He was born October 8, 1939 in Morrilton, Arkansas to the late Burley and Dorothy Graves. Billy proudly served his country in the Army National Guard and was a member of First Baptist Church of Cabot.  His entire career was as a tool and die man for Teletouch.  He was an awesome "Papa" and helped raise his three grandchildren, Lauren, Brooklyn and Logan. "Papa" was always ready to step in to provide their favorite school lunches, volunteer for field trips and attend as many of their activities as possible. Along with his parents, Billy was preceded in death by one brother.

Survivors include his loving wife, Troy Graves; sons, Billy Scott (Robbie) Graves and William Todd Graves; grandchildren, Lauren Nicole Graves, Brooklyn Elizabeth Graves, William Logan Graves, and Miles Davis and great-grandchild, Blakelyn Davis.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home with burial to follow at Concord Cemetery. Visitation will begin on hour prior to the service at 1:00 p.m.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
