Billy Ray Martin, 67, of Ward, went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 13, 2023.  He was born December 8, 1955 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Charles Edward and Alma Louise Barnett Martin.

Bill is survived by his beloved partner of over 10 years, Rita Roberts; her five children, Sharon Davis (Billy Harrell) of Perry, Arkansas, their four children and seven grandkids, Steven Davis (Tiffany Brinkley) of Cabot, Arkansas, their two boys and one granddaughter, Richard Davis (Sheila) of Austin, Arkansas, their three daughters and four grandchildren, Kellie Denham (Thomas) of Morrilton, Arkansas, their two children and one grandson, and his sweet Alice Kelley, who knew him as "daddy". Bill was also survived by his brother, Jason Martin of Centerton, Arkansas, with whom he was very close, and two sons, Jeremy Martin and Travis Martin.
