Brooks Jon Hoffman, 63, of Cabot, went to be with his Lord and Savior on October 11, 2024 surrounded by his family. Mr. Hoffman was born December 28, 1960 in Peoria, Illinois to Jon Layman and Janice Marie (Reed) Hoffman. Brooks proudly and honorably served his country in the United States Air Force for twenty-six years obtaining the rank of Master Seargent. He was a member of Marshall Road Baptist Church in Jacksonville. Mr. Hoffman was preceded in death by his step-father, Thomas Hoffman.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of thirty-five years, Nicola (Cobbold) Hoffman; mother, Janice Hoffman of Illinois; father, Jon Layman of Missouri; children, Therese (Michael) Krenn of Austin, Chloe Hoffman of Cabot, Samuel Hoffman of Conway and Nicholas (Megan) Hoffman of Nebraska; grandchildren, Addilyn and Isabella Krenn, Coralie and Lucas Hoffman. Other survivors include siblings, Sharon (Tom) Ruhland, Ann (Ed) Wolfe and Jodie (Michael) Landers all of Illinois and Leslie (Lisa) Hoffman of Californi,a along with a host of extended family members and friends.

The Hoffman family asks that colorful and casual attire be worn and memorial gifts be made to Samaritan's Purse at www.samaritanspurse.org in Brooks' name.

Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Marshall Road Baptist Church, 821 Marshall Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076. Military honors will be 2:00 p.m. at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 W. Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72120. Arrangements entrusted to Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 700 N.
