Carl Robin Robinson, 93, of Cabot, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2022.  He was born May 19, 1928 in North Little Rock to the late Rubin J. (RJ) and Carrie Stallings Robinson.  Carl was a United States Army veteran.  He was a deacon at Zion Hill Baptist Church and was active as long as he was able to serve.  Carl served for years as an auditor for the State of Arkansas.  He retired in 1987 from his position as Fiscal Officer of the Arkansas Forestry Commission.  He was also active in Disaster Relief.  Carl loved to hunt and fish, but more than anything, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two very special grandsons, Brett and Jarrod Robinson; sisters, Delores Canfield and Doris Crowell and brothers, Walton and Raymond Robinson.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of sixty-nine years, Mary "Louise" Robinson; sons, Kenneth Neil (Dianna) Robinson, Timothy Joe (Marcie) Robinson, Gregory Carl (Judy) Robinson; grandchildren, Jasper Allen Robinson, Stephen Robinson, Rebekah Robinson, Jessica (Jimmy) Sprecher; Dana Wilson; two great-grandchildren and numerous extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 18, 2022 at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Cabot with Brother Terry Fortner officiating.  Interment will follow at Sumner Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service.  If you would prefer to make a donation in memory of Carl Robinson, the family requests Zion Hill Baptist Church Building Fund, 11923 Zion Hill Rd., Cabot, AR  72023.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
