Carol Ann Charters, 76, of Cabot, passed away October 11, 2025.  She was born December 18, 1948 in Peoria, Illinois to the late John W and Elizabeth Louelle Beyer Sinnett.  Carol proudly served her country in the United States Air Force. Following her military service, she worked for Texas Department of Corrections as a correctional custody officer.

Survivors include her two daughters, Kelly Shaffer of Crockett, Texas and Michelle Holley of Missouri; her son, Michael Russell of Missouri; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.  Services will be December 18, 2025 at 10:00am at the Arkansas State Veteran Cemetery.
