Carolyn Jean Glover, 84, of Cabot, Arkansas fell asleep and woke up in the arms of Jesus on Sunday, September 10, 2023.  She was born March 18, 1939 to Eugene and Reba Skinner Wetzler. She grew up in North Little Rock attending Levy Elementary and NLR High School. She lived her life with a firm faith in Jesus Christ as her Savior and attended Levy Baptist Church with her family for many years. She met the love of her life, Fred Glover, in the 2nd grade. They married on September 25, 1959, and together raised 3 boys. Carolyn loved traveling, being outdoors, fishing, and playing the piano.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Reba Wetzler; son, Gary Glover; grandson, Clayton Glover; great-granddaughters Addison Glover and Joanna Barber; sister, Linda Kay Wetzler and brothers, Robert Wetzler and Charles Wetzler.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of nearly 64 years, Fred V. Glover, Jr.; sons, David (Bobbie) Glover and Steve (Holly) Glover; daughter-in-law, Becky Blackard; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; sister, Anita (John) Allison; sisters-in-law, Pat Wetzler and Diane Wetzler and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 15, 2023 in Rest Hills Cemetery, North Little Rock.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
