Charleene Scott McCrary Meador, 84, of Cabot, passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021.  She was born November 15, 1936 in Byhalia, Mississippi to the late Wade Cornelius and Mary Jacoway McCrary.  She was a dedicated wife of her then husband Charlie, moving their household around the US and Europe as military families do. Charleene and Charlie had to deal with the hardest experience in a parent's life when their first son Chuckie passed away before the age of two, but they endured and raised two successful sons. She had a kindness about her that made everyone she met want to be her friend. As a mother, Charleene always demonstrated unconditional love for her sons through all the ups and downs in their lives.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Mark, his wife, Isabel and their daughters, Sara and Monica, and her son Greg, his wife, Tammy and his son, Bailey.  She is already dearly missed. Rest in Peace.
