Charles Roy Daniels, 89, of Cabot, peacefully passed away in the early hours of Saturday, February 15, 2025. He was born March 21, 1935 in Walkers Corner, Scott, Arkansas to the late Roy Daniels and Ada Cox Daniels. Charles was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Joann Niehaus.

Charles is survived by his devoted wife of 69 years, Ernestine Lawman Daniels; his children, Charles "Marty" Daniels and wife Tracy, and Dayna Pittman and husband Andy; his brother, Ted Daniels and wife Helen; his grandchildren, Lauren Blackiston, Amy Jo Threet (Beth), Peyton Haddad (Remy), and Canton Brenneman; and his great-grandchildren, Ellis Walters, Maverick Blackiston, Cole Blackiston, Isabelle Haddad and a baby Haddad on the way.

Charles proudly served in the United States Army and retired from the United States Postal Service after 30 years of dedicated service. He was a man of deep faith, loving the Lord, his wife, his family, his friends, his church, and his country. Following retirement, Charlie, as he was then affectionately known, and Ernestine moved from their home in Lakewood North Little Rock to Cabot. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Cabot. He found joy in hunting, fishing, water skiing, woodworking, and any activities that allowed him to serve others. Charles and Ernestine cherished over 30 years of retirement, traveling with friends and savoring every moment spent with their family. He will be deeply missed by many.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 21, 2025, at First Baptist Church of Cabot, Fellowship Hall. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service.
