Charles Edward Finley, Jr., 58, of Cabot, passed away March 14, 2021.  He was born July 5, 1962 in Beebe to Charles Edward Finley, Sr. and Clytie Elouise Collins Finley.  Charles proudly served his country in the United States Army in the early 1980's.  He was passionate about hunting, fishing and the outdoors.  Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Clytie Elouise Finley Ingle; son, Charles Edward Finley, III and sister, Chery Finley.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Charles Edward Finley, Sr. and Tina Finley; brother, John (Jamie) Finley of Cabot; step-sisters, Denise (Randy) Keever of Denver, Colorado and July Waymack of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; goddaughter, Sarah Bush; nieces, Aiyana and Yesi and nephew, Isaiah.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home with Brother Kirk Wetsel officiating.  Interment will follow at Grissard Cemetery in El Paso.  Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at the funeral home.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
