Clarence "Wayne" Bennett,82, of Jacksonville, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, July 27, 2025.  He was born November 1, 1942 in Little Rock to the late Clarence Wilburn and Donna Marie Hewitt Bennett. Wayne was loved dearly and touched countless lives. He loved the Lord and he shared that love with everyone he met. In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by his sister, Meralen Reddick.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Donna Bennett; brother-in-law, Eugene Reddick; multiple nieces and nephews and a very loving church family at Faith Missionary Baptist Church.

A celebration of Wayne's life will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 1, 2025 at Faith Missionary Baptist Church in Cabot.  Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service at 1:00 p.m. In memory of Wayne, donations may be made to the building fund at Faith Missionary Baptist.
