CMSgt Andrew Louis Nedorolik, Jr. (USAF Ret), 81, of Lonoke, passed from this life on June 13, 2025 at his home surrounded by loving family members. He was born April 27, 1944 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Andrew and Lillian (Winnberg) Nedorolik. Andrew graduated from Mount Vernon High School in Alexandria, Virginia in 1963. After graduation he joined the United States Air Force where he honorably served for the next thirty years. He served tours of duty in Germany, Vietnam, Thailand, and Desert Storm. Andy worked his way up from Crew Chief to becoming a Flight Engineer on C-130 Hercules aircraft. He retired at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant and as the Wing Flight Engineer. Andy was a lifetime member of the Cabot VFW Post 4548. He enjoyed watching any Arkansas Razorback sport that was being played. In addition to his parents, Andy was preceded in death by his loving wife of twenty- one years, Betty (Walls) Nedorolik and children, Andy Banaszak and Betty Grappe.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Kathy (Paul) Spencer of North Little Rock, Candy (Jerry) Ward of North Little Rock, Gloria Palmer of Jacksonville, Simon Jendrejas of Sheridan; siblings, Thomas (Urom) Nedorolik of Hawaii, Dolores (Larry) Klouser of Pennsylvania, Charles (Sara) Nedorolik of Virginia, Barbara Roberson of Virginia and Mary Ann (Douglas) Pryor of Georgia. Other survivors include great-granddaughter, Kimberly Grappe of North Little Rock along with a host of other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and many friends. Our Andy was a loving son, brother, husband, father, uncle, and "Papa Ned"; who was funny, kind, caring, and generous. He will be deeply missed by all.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery with military honors. Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (501)-843-5816.
