Connie Lynne Davenport Wehunt, 69, of Cabot passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2023. She was born October 9, 1954 in Benton to the late Manuel Clyde and Allie Doris Raney Davenport. Mrs. Wehunt was a member of Faith Baptist Church in North Little Rock and Florence Chapter #15 Order of the Eastern Star. She was a graduate of Baptist School of Nursing and the Baptist Seminary in Little Rock, Arkansas.  She spent her entire adult life caring for others, first as a Certified Nurse's Aide, later as a Licensed Practical Nurse and finally in the nursery program at church. She loved to sing and play gospel music.

Connie is survived by her husband of thirty-four years, James Wehunt; two sisters-in-law, Beatrice Sharpton and Linda Wehunt and lifelong dear friend, Cheryl Luchin.

Visitation will be 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Faith Baptist Church, 5600 Camp Robinson Road, North Little Rock.  Funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Todd Dorman officiating.
