David Neil Evans, IV, 28, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2026.  He was born April 10, 1998 in Searcy, Arkansas to David Evans, III and Karrie Evans. David proudly served his country in the United States Army for eight years. Some of his hobbies included working on trucks and motorcycles and playing video games. Whenever you saw David, he had a wrench in his hand and grease on his face. He loved to help people and was a huge part of his neighborhood. He put others first and himself second. David would even give a stranger his last dollar. He enjoyed hanging around with "The Punishers LEMC".

When David wasn't working or tinkering with trucks and motorcycles, he was spending time with his family, whom he loved dearly. Those preceding him in death are his grandmother, Barbara Mattocks; cousins, Michael Witcher and Devin Witcher; great-grandfather, David Evans I, and his best friend, Kyle Taylor.

Those left to cherish his memory and to miss him dearly are his wife, Sierra Evans; children, David Evans V, Roy Evans and Taylor Evans; mother, Karrie Evans; father, David Evans III and step-mother, Tiffany Collins; siblings, Jacob Evans (Erica) and Jorie Hamm (Jerry);maternal grandfather, Roy Mattocks; paternal grandparents, David Evans II (Donna); paternal great-grandmother, Frances Roach; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Interment with military honors will follow at Grissard Cemetery in El Paso, Arkansas. Visitation will begin one hour before the service at 9:00 a.m. Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
