Donald Lee Tripp, 84, of Cabot, died Wednesday, January 11, 2023.  He was born August 27, 1938 in Brinkley, Arkansas to the late James William and Lessie Lamb Tripp.  Donald proudly served his country and was a United States Army veteran, as well as a retired Civil Engineer from the United States Air Force.  Donald was formerly a deacon at Mount Carmel Baptist Church, but currently attended Faith Baptist Church.  He was a Mason and a member of the Arkansas Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors Association.  Donald enjoyed fishing, music, and spending time with family and friends.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Delois Tripp and siblings, James Tripp, Marie Halpain, J.T. Tripp, Hubert Tripp and William Tripp.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Betty Harvey Tripp; children, Tim Tripp (Katherine) and Todd Tripp (Amy), all of Cabot, Cindi Dixon and Tina Harvey, both of Harrisburg; brother, Lenoard Tripp (Pearline); grandchildren, Alec Tripp (Alex), Colten Tripp (Ciera), Cody Tripp (Bailey), Emily Tripp (Evan), Brooklyn Boals, Landri Boals and Lola Sanders; great grandchildren, Rowan Tripp and Ellie Tripp, as well as many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home.  Funeral service will begin at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Brother Rodney Rains officiating.  Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
