Douglas Lloyd Voth, 64, Cabot, Arkansas passed away Friday, January 8, 2021.  He was born November 14, 1956 in Ransom, Kansas to the late Harold and Vernelle (Miller) Voth.  Mr. Voth was a Christian and a member of the Arkansas 811 Board of Directors.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Diane Voth.

Survivors include his children, Tyler (Lacy) Voth of Fort Worth, Texas and Adam Voth of Danville, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Hutch Voth and Mary Hayes Voth; sister, Vernita (Lee) Schrag of Hesston, Kansas; brother, Vance (Stephanie) Voth of Hutchinson, Kansas and companion, Cheryl Irvan.

There will be no services at this time.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Alzheimer's Association, 225 N.
