Ed Snow, Sr., 72, of Cabot, passed away Monday, September 9, 2024.  He was born December 29, 1951 in Chaffee, Missouri to Billy Joe Snow, Sr. and Dolly Cullins Snow.  Ed served in the United States Army from 1971-1972.  For forty years, he was a United Pentecostal Minister.  Ed graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in the late 1980's and spent thirty-six years as a funeral director and embalmer.  During part of this time, he also served as Clay County Coroner.  Ed attended New Life Church in Cabot.  He was always smiling and had a great sense of humor.  Ed was meticulous in his work and hated being late for anything.  Preceding him in death were his father, Billy Joe Snow, Sr.; brother, Bill Snow, Jr.; father-in-law, Sterling White and mother-in-law Nadean White.

Left to cherish his memory and to miss him dearly are his wife of fifty-seven years, Deborah Snow; mother, Dolly Snow; children, Michael Snow (Cristy), Ed Snow, Jr. (Katia) and Rick Snow; five grandchildren, Tylor Snow, Cody Lee Snow, Sean Snow, Kaitlyn Snow and Chloe Snow; three great-grandchildren, Hazel Jane Snow, Haylo Snow and Hoover Snow; sister, Ramona Snow; brother, Kenneth Snow; sisters-in-law, Pat Snow and Jackie Eldridge, as well as nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m.  Interment will be at Snow Cemetery in Walnut Ridge. Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
