Emma Sue Ebsen, 78, of El Paso, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025.  She was born October 31, 1947 in Conway to the late Orland Odell and Nelly Adaline McHughes Dulany.  Emma was a cosmetologist for many years.  She received her license while living in California and went on to teach cosmetology.  In the early 1980's, Emma became a Mary Kay consultant and continued in that career for many years. She found joy in helping people feel beautiful and happy. Emma was also known for being a caring person and was available any time of the day or night for those who needed her. She was also known for being open-minded and speaking her mind. In her spare time, she enjoyed Razorback football and basketball, stargazing and dancing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Dorothy Andrews, Charolette Chance, Linda McIntyre and Wanda Gonzalez and brother Freddy Dulany.

Emma is survived by her husband, Arthur Neal Ebsen; son, Arthur Ebsen, Jr. (Rose Ellen Birdsong) and granddaughter, Ahsha Ebsen, as well as numerous friends and extended family members.

Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 20, 2025 at United Fellowship, 2094 Hwy 64 E in El Paso with interment to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Cabot.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
