Forrest Lloyd Wagner, 80, of Cabot, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022. He was born June 24, 1941 in Moselle, Missouri to the late Ernest and Nora Evins Wagner. Mr. Wagner was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Jacksonville. He served his country in the Air National Guard and worked for Asplundh Tree Service. Later Mr. Wagner established Wagner Tree Service and operated his business until his retirement. He was active with Cabot City Beautiful, a supporter of Cabot Panther football and a faithful blood donor. Mr. Wagner was a loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle. In addition to his parents, Mr. Wagner was preceded in death by four siblings, Gene Wagner, Helen Reed, Sharon Wagner and Leroy Wagner.

Mr. Wagner is survived by his wife, Sandra Zimmer Wagner; children, Brian Wagner (Mindy) of Vilonia and Erin Lowrey of Edmond, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Caroline, Cade, Grace and Ashley Wagner and Mark and Luke Lowrey; siblings, Melvin Wagner (Kay), Walter Wagner (Earlyne) and Shirley Dickinson and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 7, 2022 at St. Jude's the Apostle Catholic Church in Jacksonville.
