Frances Cornelia Jones, 96, of Cabot, passed away December 3, 2019.  She was born May 26, 1923 in Bigelow to the late Joseph and Helen Powell Harris.  Frances enjoyed quilting.  She was a good listener, had a sweet spirit, always made people smile and never had a cross word.  In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, William Thomas Jones.

She is survived by her daughter, Billie Jo Measels of Cabot; grandchildren, John (Jodi) Measels of McKinney, Texas and Joette Measels Sawall of Kalamazoo, Michigan; five great-grandchildren, Mallory, Lachan, Sierra, Will and Jacob; sister, Joy Clark of Harrison and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 9, 2019 at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Cabot with Pastor Joe Jones and Brother Jerry Miller officiating.  Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
