Gary Dean Anderson, 67, of Cabot, passed on to his place of rest at 1:52 a.m., Wednesday, June 8, 2022.  He was born August 13, 1954 in Loveland, Colorado to the late Johnny F. and Dorothy Dillon Anderson.  Gary was a lifelong caring and giving man, always ready to lend a hand to someone in need.  He retired after 35 loyal years at the Arkansas Highway Department, Right of Way office. Gary was known for his carpentry, as many of his friends and family have some structure, furniture, or knick-knack he created with his own hands.  He had a boundless love of traveling and seeing the beautiful outdoors.  In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Anderson and sister, Linda Anderson.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Cynthia; daughters, Jennifer Major (John) and Kim Hamaker (Bryan); six grandchildren, Breanna, Michael, Bryley, Bryson, Katherine and Brody; brother, Robert Anderson (Debbie); sister-in-law, Irma; best friends, Roger Nivens (Cathy) and Lewis Cotton (Trudy), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Cabot with Dr. David Mitchell officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the church.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
