Glenn Billy "Buck" Keener, 92, of Cabot, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021.  He was born October 28, 1928 in Box, Texas to the late Shelby and Inez Capps Keener.  Buck enjoyed riding motorcycle, camping, boating and visiting with his neighbors.  He was also a ham radio operator.  Buck traveled the United States working as a pipefitter.  He was a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #155, Masonic Lodge and Shriners.  In addition to his parents, Buck was preceded in death by his loving wife of sixty-eight years, Phyllis Thurston Keener.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Darlene (J.L.) Walker of Ward, Gary (Debbie) Keener of Gravel Ridge and Mike (Debi) Keener of Woodbridge, Virginia; seven grandchildren, Stephanie (Corey) Long of Cabot, Jason (Barbie) Walker of Austin, Jennifer Keener of Mountain Home, Jamie (Josh) Schlemmer of Mountain Home, Jessica (Roger) Tonneson of Cabot, Kim (Jason) Springer of Sherwood and Kevin Keener of Sherwood; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, as well as close friends and neighbors.

Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 p.m., Monday, January 25, 2021 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home.  Memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Terry Fortner officiating.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
