Hazel Madonna Keister Wylie, 83, of Cabot, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, July 11, 2023.  She was born December 16, 1939 in Jacksonville to the late Harley E. Keister, Sr. and Marie C. Farris Keister.  Ms. Hazel was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Cabot and she loved her church family.  During her working years, she worked for Franklin Electric and Lomanco.  Ms. Hazel enjoyed word search puzzles, but she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, F. E. "Pete" Wylie; siblings, Harley Ealsworth "Sonny" Keister, Jr., Clarence David "Dave" Keister, Faye Anne Keister Haynes Little and Harold Lee Keister, and her grandson, Brandon Heath Detar.

Left to cherish her memory and to miss her dearly are her children, Tamra Wylie Gray (James), Tony Gene Wylie (Melanie) and Terri Wylie Detar (Michael); four grandchildren, Magen Gray Walton (David), Heather Gray Glover (Jason), Haley Wylie Scott (Coy) and Brittani Detar Hartwig (Collin); five great-grandchildren, Makaylea Erin Walton, Harlee Jayde Glover, Parker Addison Glover, Wyatt James Walton, Xander Dean Scott and number six due in January, Olivia Hazel Hartwig; sister, Patsy Hall; brother, Cecil Keister, as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m., Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Victory Baptist Church in Cabot with interment to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, July 14, 2023 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
