James Andrew Crawley, 88, of Cabot passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 25, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and craftsmanship. He was born May 31, 1937 to Liddie Hale and A.G. Crawley. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, his two sons, Jay and John Crawley, and his brother, Jimmy Crawley.

James is survived by his devoted wife of 67 years, Rachel Cullison Crawley; his sister, Joy Lindsey; his brother, Robert Crawley; his foster daughter, Marie Sativa Marcheschi; special friends, Paula and Mike Launius, J.J. Hunt and Nellie and Scott Lewis as well as several cherished nieces and nephews.

As a retired firefighter from California, James dedicated his life to serving others. He was known for his remarkable ability to build, whether it was homes or furniture, with a particular passion for woodworking.

James Andrew Crawley will be greatly missed by all who knew him, remembered for his kindness, dedication, and the lasting marks he has left on the hearts of his loved ones.

The funeral service will be Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (501) 843-5816.
