James Leroy Hammons, 78, of North Little Rock, passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021.  He was born March 15, 1943 in Caraway, Arkansas to the late John Jefferson and Minnie Ethel Wadkins Hammons.  In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his three siblings.
