Jason Christopher Taylor, 47, of Vilonia, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022. He was born April 9, 1974 in Hot Springs. Jason had a passion for all things automotive, especially trucks. He owned and operated Arkansas Auto Recovery, LLC and recently started JCT Freight, LLC. Jason was a former Deputy with the Harris County (Texas) Sheriff's office. He also worked for Blackwater and in the oil fields for Schlumberger. Although Jason had many hobbies, his family was his world. He was a wonderful father and husband. Jason was known to do anything for anyone.  Jason was preceded in death by his father, James Taylor.

Jason is survived by his wife, Courtney Bryant Taylor; his daughter and the light of his life, Hadley; his step-children, Tanner Lehman and Savannah Lehman; mother, Deborah Durham Dunn; son, Cutter Taylor; sister, Lea S. Tschoerner; brothers, James Taylor and Vick Stephens; nieces and nephews, Crystal Gump, Jan Hardin, Sophia Taylor, Jason Stephens, Tucker Lewis, Emma Lewis and Adilynn Lewis as well as many extended family members and close friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Sanders officiating. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Thursday prior to the service. Burial will be at Old Austin Cemetery.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, (501) 843-5816.
