John Robert Caldwell, 95, of Alexander passed away February 3, 2020 in Little Rock, Arkansas.    He was born June 9, 1924 in Hunt County, Texas to the late Dow Henry and Dollie Mae Sprinkle Caldwell.  He was a United States Navy veteran of WWII and loved traveling with his siblings, gardening, raising cows and anything pertaining to tractors.  He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Charlotte Rose Wallace Caldwell; brothers, Thomas Alton Caldwell, Cecil Dow Caldwell, Kenneth Ray Caldwell, Clyde Milton Caldwell and sister, Leta Mae Caldwell.

Survivors include his son, Kelly John Caldwell and wife, Colleen; their son, Justin and his wife, Amy and their daughter, Abigail; nieces and nephews, Neil Caldwell, Glenda Denman, Nancy Clark, and Patricia Gay.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 7, 2020 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home with Reverend Jeff Warrick officiating.  Interment will follow at Old Austin Cemetery in Ward.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  The family suggests donations in memory of John Robert Caldwell be made to the Arkansas Alzheimer's Foundation, 10201 West Markham, Suite 100,
