John (Jack) Eugene Loughlin, 80, of Cabot, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 17, 2022.  He was born June 21, 1942 in Denver, Colorado to the late Elwood and Helen Webster Loughlin.  Jack was a very proud member of the United States Navy as a Seabee serving his country from 1959-1963.  After his military service, Jack began a career as a truck driver that lasted 30+ years.  His truck driving experience enabled him to be a driving instructor for former prisoners getting a new life outside of confinement.  He also drove for CADC in Lonoke transporting dialysis patients to their appointments.  Jack was an active member of the Scripture Fellowship in Ward.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two grandsons, Jeff and Joshua Hardt; sisters, Nancy and Dianne and brother, David.

He leaves behind a devoted and loving wife, Rebecca, of the home; two daughters, Shelley Bell (Marcos) of Oakland, California and DeAnna O'Leary (Kevin) of Arvada, Colorado; four bonus children, Bobby Peppers, Jr. (Dana), Stephanie Wickman (Daniel), Shawna Hamm (Desi) and Micah Thrift; grandchildren, Jon Hardt, Kellan and Ronan O'Leary, Austin, Eli and Isaac Peppers, Jonah and Jonathan Wickman, Marissa, Joseph and Aidan Thrift and Devin Hamm; seven great-grandchildren, as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Restoration Church, 11507 AR-5, Cabot, AR  72023.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
