Kathleen Denise Garness, 53, of Cabot, died Monday, October 26, 2020. She was born August 15, 1967 in Huntington Park, California to Diane Joan Chapin Gordon and the late Charles Oscar Gordon. Kathy worked as a human resources officer. She was a loving mother and grandmother, a caring and compassionate friend and the person everybody knew. Kathy was also an avid gamer. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a son, Zachery Gordon.

She is survived by her son, Jake Gordon; her mother, Diane Gordon; sister, Letitia Kingan and brother-in-law, Mark; grandchildren, Zachery Niko Gordon and James Gordon; step-sister, Karen Baugh; step-brothers, Gary Gordon and Jeff Gordon; niece, Ciera Kingan; nephew, Mark Kingan; boyfriend, Dewayne Sears; friend, Judy Woosley and her family, as well as a host of cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 30, 2020 at Cabot United Methodist Church. Cremation arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (501) 843-5816.
