Kathy Ann White, 83, of Beebe, passed from this life into the loving arms of Jesus on Friday, July 24, 2026. She was born on Friday, March 5, 1943 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to the late James Thomas Mays and Mable Clara Ashlock Mays. Mrs. White was a homemaker and loved taking care of her family. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Johnny Wayne White, Sr. (her Shug), by her parents; and her sisters Linda Underwood, Francis Ingley, Janie Bonham and her brothers, Paul Ausbrook, James Mays, also by her beloved cat, Angel, who was by her side for 15 years.

Mrs. White is survived by her children, Angie Wilson and her husband Kenneth and Johnny White, Jr. and his wife Sandra; her siblings, Mary Colvin and Bobby Ausbrook; four grandchildren, Rachel (Wilson), Kristyn (Josh), Brock (Estelle) and Justin (Sheena) and seven great-grandchildren (Sydney, Jayce, Emersyn, Mattie, Blakely, Anna and Sam), all of whom she loved with all of her heart and soul. Also, a host of nieces and nephews

Mom loved fresh peaches, ripe spring strawberries, sweet watermelon and good ol' homegrown tomatoes. Mom was an outstanding cook with many recipes she held only in her head, like her homemade biscuits. Mom loved cooking for her family and made the best chicken casserole and homemade brownies from scratch. No one ever left her home hungry. She loved rose bushes and had a green thumb to care for them with her favorite rose bush names Mr. Lincoln. She also could not resist picking up the clippers and trimming any rose bush she saw, no matter where it was. Also, you will NEVER, EVER find a cleaner, neater, well-kept house which she always took much pride in! Mom was the best hugger and it was ALWAYS a long, long hug too! Mom had a deep unwavering and wholeheartedly love for each and every one of her family She was very generous to her neighbors in need, she liked to cook them food when they were down and out Mon had the biggest heart ever. She also let everyone know that she talked to..."Jesus always will lead us through our times of pain and also to talk to HIM(Jesus) daily! HE is here for us!" She always knew that Jesus was looking out for her 24/7 and that in itself gave her so much peace. She was a steadfast Christian believer who loved gospel hymns and knew every word. She is now in heaven with all those she loves! She is finally reunited with her Shug that she loved with all of her heart and soul, a love that never wavered.
