Kierra Grace Huntley, 18, of Jacksonville, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023.  She was born May 4, 2005 in Jacksonville.  Kierra was fondly known as "Skinner".  She was very involved in wildlife conservation and psychology and was fascinated with the art of taxidermy.  Kierra received a full presidential scholarship to Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia.  She loved being outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting, archery, boating and she even created a butterfly garden at Caught Lookin' Farms where she worked.  Kierra had a special group of friends that were inseparable, Ethyn, Big Rob, Rory and Lil D.  They called themselves the "Gremlins".  Kierra's brother, Ethyn, was her best buddy and they spent many hours together.  Kierra is already missed by those who loved and knew her.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, John Huntley, Jr. and Kimberly Cross Huntley (Jerry); siblings, Lauren Huntley Melendez (Juan) and Braxton Loyd; grandfathers, John Huntley, Sr., Dee Doak and Jerry Ellis; grandmother, Elva Cross (Biz); aunts and uncles, Donna Buys (Brandon),  David Cross (Becky), Loy Cross (Shana), Nathan Cross (Jene), Nikki Cross, Monica Loyd (Jennifer), Melissa Loyd and Phyllis Conrad (Mike) as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.  There will be a gathering of family and friends for food and fellowship at 5:00 p.m., following the service, at 11124 Zajac Rd. in North Little Rock.
