Leland Gene England, 99, of Cabot, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2026. He was born June 1, 1927 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Ivor and Veltie Nelson England. Leland’s prestigious career included serving his country in the United States Navy and as an Aerospace Engineer. He was a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church. Leland was a great man, great husband and great father. His hobbies included music, dancing and golf. He was a man who loved life. In addition to his parents, Leland was preceded in death by his wife, Leslie Levonne England.

Leland is survived by his children, Spencer Lee England and Tracey Dee Shevette and two grandchildren, Jeffrey England and Jessica England.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, July 20, 2026 at Mount Carmel Baptist Church with Dr. David Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Arrangements by Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
