Linda Gail Boyd Johnson, a loving sister, mother and grandmother, passed away April 3, 2025 at the age of 72. She was born December 1, 1952 in Cabot, Arkansas to the late Clarence and Pauline Fields Boyd. Linda was known for her strength and her abilities to put others first. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Jesse B. Johnson; brothers, George Boyd and Jimmy Boyd, and nephews, Shane Boyd and Kenny Lee Boyd.

She leaves behind her cherished family; brother, Larry (Patti) Boyd of Boyd, Texas; daughters, Vanessa (Scott) Mehlman and Kelly (Bill) Conder; grandchildren, Austin (Emily Stewart) Atterberry and Nicholas "Nick" Mehlman; great grandchildren, River Atterberry and Oakley Atterberry; five nieces and one nephew, as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Her daughters would like to express gratitude to her adopted family Glenda Graves and Isaac Dobson for helping love her through her remaining days and encouraging her to keep on going.

A Celebration of Life for Linda will be held by her daughters at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to the Arkansas Chapter of American Cancer Center. Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
