Louise Lasiter Williams, 84, of Cabot passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023.  She was born May 29, 1939 in Cabot to the late Olin and Leathel Rea Lasiter.  Louise was a member of Mount Tabor United Methodist Church.  She earned her Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education.  Louise spent many years and touched so many lives as a teacher of her "special students".  She and her husband, "Bill" were always together.  They enjoyed traveling, fishing in Little Red River, holidays and spending time with their family.  Louise was also an avid reader and enjoyed making quilts.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband of sixty-five years, William "Bill" Williams; sister and brother-in-law, Martha and Charles Watt, and brother-in-law, John Poss.

Left to cherish her memory and to miss her dearly are her daughter, Carmen Perrette of Cabot; son, Samuel D. Williams (Tamari) of Sherwood; granddaughters, Natalee Miller (Travis Hill), Heather Miller Deiana, Kristen Perrette (Drew Wilcox), Meghan Jensen (Greg) and Alexa Williams; three great grandchildren; sister, Eileen Poss and numerous extended family members and friends.

Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 16, 2023 at Mount Tabor United Methodist Church in Cabot.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
