Lucy Louise Atwell, 92, of Cabot, passed away Friday March 6, 2020.  Lucy was born December 12, 1927 in England, Arkansas to the late Brad and Vena Brawley Tipton. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Robert, and her siblings, Marvin, Bud, Coy, Luther, Geraldine, Margie and Colon.

Lucy is survived by her children, Connie Sawyer of Cabot and Larry (Rose) Atwell of Jacksonville, Florida; grandchildren, Kyle Burton and Melissa Ratliff; three great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and two sisters, Venice Champine and Linda Tenison.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home.  Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Union Valley Cemetery.
