Mary Darleene Bertha (DB) Allen, 80, of Cabot, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Tuesday, June 30, 2026. She was born April 11, 1946 in New Britain, Connecticut to the late Patrick J. and Grace D. (Neveu) Roy. Mary was a nurse and retired from the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar (Eddie) Allen, Jr.

Mary and Ed were avid fishermen and campers and enjoyed traveling to find their next best fishing place. Following the death of her husband, she gave much of her time transporting the Missionary Sisters of Charity to deliver food to the poor and homeless.

Survivors include her sister, Linda Miller of Fort McCoy, Florida and her caregiver, Jorgelina Chavez Saquic (aka: Sister Isabel), as well as many longtime friends and neighbors whom she considered her family.

A graveside service with military honors was held Wednesday, July 7, 2026 at Pinecrest Memorial Park, where she was laid to rest with her husband, Ed. Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
