Michael Neal Spence, 73, a lifelong resident of the Cabot area, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Mike was born August 18, 1950 in Sylvania to the late Guyot Dual and Maggie Fern Stevenson Spence. He was a Christian man, a proud graduate of Cabot High School, attended Beebe University for a time, was a member and deacon of Old Austin Baptist Church, a forty-nine year employee of Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts, a Razorback fan and he enjoyed grilling. Mike was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Rodney Neal Spence and sister, Terry Lynn McMurtry.

Mike is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Sharon Banks Spence; his daughter, Angela Cooper; three sisters, Debbie Jo Hodges, Janice Duncan and Doris Raymond; three grandchildren, Kendall Scott, Landon Cooper and Lea Cooper and his fur baby, Riker.

Visitation will be from 2:00-4:00 p.m., Sunday, February 11, 2024 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 12, 2024 at Old Austin Baptist Church with burial to follow at Concord Cemetery in Furlow.
