Norma Jean Mullins Robins, 91, of Cabot, passed away Friday, November 25, 2022.  She was born August 27, 1931 in Benton, Arkansas to the late Dewell Mullins, Sr. and Katie Besancon Mullins.  Norma was a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church and enjoyed crocheting.  She served many years with the State of Arkansas as a dietitian.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billie D. Robins, Sr. and two brothers, Dewell "Bill" Mullins, Jr. and Jim Mullins.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Deloris Robins Glenn (James) and Billie D. Robins, Jr. (Sheree); grandchildren, Jana Glenn Cason (Chris), Melissa Erin Glenn, Nikki McComas (Chris) and Mallory Robins-Blackwell (Patrick); great-grandchildren, Bryant Cason, Katie Cason, Trinity Robins-Blackwell, Paisley Robins-Blackwell and Jameson Robins-Blackwell, as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
