Patsie Juanita Dollar, 85, of Cabot, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2023.  She was born December 29, 1937 to the late Hershal Eugene and Lillie Belle Ferrell Dollar.  Patsie enjoyed helping people and never met a stranger.  When she was younger, she started her career as a CNA.  She worked to put herself through school, while raising five children on her own, and earning her license as a Registered Nurse.  During her career as an RN, she worked at the VA Hospital and also for Home Health.  Patsie had the ability to make everyone feel like they were the most special person in the room.  She had a big heart and was very giving.  She was very proud of her Indian heritage, but she was even more proud of her family.  Patsie was a wonderful mother and loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  In her spare time, she enjoyed telling jokes and crocheting.  Patsie was a member of Mountain Springs Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grover Bagwell; grandson, Marcus Smith; sisters, Frances Redd and Ruth Richard and brother, Hershal Dollar, Jr.

Left to cherish her memory and to miss her dearly are her children, Keith Bagwell (Beverly), Karlene Browning (Billy), Kattie Tippitt (Bobby), Kevin Henry and Kelly Jordan; eleven grandchildren, Athena Spark, Robert Criswell, Dwayne Criswell, Shannon Ballard, Christy Smith, Skipper Smith, Kimberly Henry, Kalyn Henry, Kyle Henry, Justin Patriarca and Cortney Jordan; twenty-four great-grandchildren; nineteen great-great grandchildren; sister, Sherry Ledbetter, and numerous extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 31, 2023 at Mountain Springs Baptist Church.  Interment will follow in Mountain Springs Cemetery.  Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
