Rachel "Pauline" Gregory Southerland, 91, of Cabot, passed away June 21, 2020.  She was born September 27, 1928 in Cabot to the late George Robert and Harriet Valentine Williford Mahoney.  Pauline was dearly loved by all and was known to some as Aunt Pauline and others as Mimi.  She was devoted to her church, Bible Missionary Church of Jacksonville, and her Lord.  In addition to her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by her first husband, Dale Gregory; second husband, Leon Southerland; her siblings, Bertha Russell, Louis Mahoney, Bill Mahoney, Walter Mahoney, Dennis Mahoney, Ellen Graham, Hattie Mahoney and Ruben Mahoney and eleven nieces and nephews.  Left to cherish her memory are many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Zumalt officiating.  Visitation will be from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.  The family of Ms. Pauline would like to express their sincere appreciation to Cabot Nursing and Rehabilitation doctors and staff for taking such loving and tender care of her during her stay with them.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
