Rachel Lorene Tounzen, 78, of Cabot, passed away July 12, 2021.  She was born November 29, 1942 in Greenville, Mississippi to the late Lero Kelly and Eunice Lorene (Lott) Sanders.  Rachel was a school teacher in her earlier years.  In addition to their own children, she and her husband, Morris, were wonderful foster parents.  Rachel enjoyed gardening and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Leon Tounzen.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Kelli Tounzen and Marsha Moore; sons, Terrance, Brandon, David and Corey Tounzen; nineteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Carolyn Webster and Linda Stevenson; her fur baby, Lacy and many extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 19, 2021 at Grace Community Church in Ward with Pastor Joe Harrod officiating.  Interment will be 12:00 p.m. at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
