Robert Gene Kelly, Jr., 69, of Conway, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2026. He was born April 4, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Robert Gene, Sr. and Janet Marie St. John Kelly. Mr. Kelly served his country in the United States Army in Germany during the end of the Vietnam era and the beginning of the cold war. He later worked for Hugg and Hall Equipment Company. Bob enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and cars. He was a social person and never met a stranger. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his partner of 20 years, Rebecca.

Mr. Kelly is survived by six children as well as grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A graveside service with military honors will be 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock under the direction of Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home.
