Robin M. Griffin, 64, of Austin, passed away Friday, October 28, 2022.  She was born December 5, 1957 in Jacksonville to the late Rex and Avanelle Croft McFadden.  Robin was a beautician by trade, but also worked as a study hall monitor for Cabot Junior High School.  She was very involved in her church and used her gift as an organist in churches she attended, which included Austin Station, Ward First Baptist and Old Austin Baptist.  Robin was a dedicated mother of boys who proudly coached their baseball teams from the bleachers.  Robin loved Christmas and cooking, but she loved her family more.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Mickeal Griffin; sons, Joshua Griffin (Monica) and Tim Griffin (Jenilee); five grandchildren, Mason Griffin, Levi Griffin, Ava Griffin, Hoyt Griffin and Alayna Griffin, as well as her newly found siblings, Richard, Mary, Linda, Christine, Thomas, William, Marjorie, Elaine, Sue and Ron and extended family members and friends.

There will be a graveside services at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Old Austin Cemetery and a celebration of Mrs. Griffin's life beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Breakout Church with Josh Griffin officiating.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
