Ronald Eugene Bullard, 59, of Romance, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021.  He was born January 29, 1962 in Little Rock to the late Allen Eugene and Emily Adams Bullard.  In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his wife, Leatha Moore Bullard and two sisters, Patricia Murphree and Susan Baggett.

Survivors include his children, Tiffany (Andrew) Beattie of Eugene, Oregon and Wesley (Tausha) Bullard of Searcy, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Evelyn Beattie and Luke Bullard; sister, Rita (Bob) Drolen of Indiana; girlfriend, Connie Williams and many extended family members and friends.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Mount Carmel Cemetery.  Visitation will be 9:00 a.m., Saturday, November 11, 2021 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816. Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home.
