Royall Thomas, 76, of Cabot, passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2024.  He was born July 30, 1947 in Olympia, Washington to the late Roy L. and Edna Pauline Boone Thomas.  Royall proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard for twenty-two years.  He was a Vietnam veteran and member of the VFW Post 4548.  He enjoyed watching old westerns, especially Gunsmoke, and even named his dog, Festus.  Some of his other hobbies were building/woodworking and working on cars.  Royall was also a member of the Corvette Club.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Beverly "Boots" Brown.

Left to cherish his memory and to miss him dearly are his wife of forty-three years, Kathy Thomas; children, Tracie Wakefield (James), Corina Griffin (Anthony) and Jessie Thomas (Teresa); seven grandchildren, Dakota Tucker, Tanner Varnadore, Mason Varnadore, Jade Starks, Devin Griffin, Jordan Griffin and Jessieca Thomas; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Sandy Hogan, as well as many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home.  Graveside service will be 12:00 p.m. at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
