Samuel Gordon Paschall, 76, of Austin, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 15, 2024.  He was born January 16, 1948 in Paris, Tennessee to the late Curtis Lee and Katherine Carroll Paschall.  Sam proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  He was a kind hearted man who will be missed by all who knew him.  Sam was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed spending time in the woods hunting, fishing, gardening and taking care of his animals.  At different times during his career, he worked for Kennedy Heating and Air Conditioning, Custom Sheet Metal and Capitol Heating and Air Conditioning.  One of his greatest accomplishments was watching his grandchildren grow up.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Wayne Paschall.  Survivors include his significant other of thirty-one years, Sharon Brewer; his daughter, Kerry Stephenson (Wendell); stepchildren, Ronalda Williams (John), Chris Brewer (Rose) and Jason Brewer (Wynona); grandchildren, Summer Boyle (William), Autumn Williams, Cody Stephenson, Austin Stephenson, Shelby Price (Taryn) and Dylan Price; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Linda Perry and Donna Hays, as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

Please join the family on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home for a brief visitation with funeral services following at 2:00 p.m.  Interment will follow at Brown Cemetery in Enola.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.
