Seth Andrew "Andy" Proctor, 69, of Cabot, passed away on December 12, 2024. He was born February 19, 1955 in Marion, Indiana to Jack Proctor and Wanda Bragg; stepmom, Diane.

Seth is survived by his wife Myong Proctor; his children, Becca Proctor (Josh), Jessica Johnson (AJ), Michelle Proctor (Callie), Elizabeth Cross (Calvin), and Jennifer Pflasterer (Nick); his grandchildren, Victoria, Caleb, Katelyn, Christian, Riley, Daniel, Abriella, Nicole, Cody, Jewel, Andy, Kacey, Chris, and Kashton; and his sisters Jone Blaxton and Patricia "Peppi" Anstett.

Seth relocated from Indiana to Minnesota as an infant. While in high school there, he received accolades for his skills in gymnastics; he specialized on the pommel horse. His active lifestyle led him to enlist in the United States Air Force. While stationed in Korea, he met his beloved wife, Myong. They went on to raise five beautiful daughters. He served in the United States Air Force for 20 years. Over the years his hobbies consisted of Hapkido, strumming his guitar, hang gliding off the hills of Duluth, and indulging in sweet treats. He then went on to work for SSC Lab Division in Arkansas as a metrologist for 20 years until he retired in 2019. After retiring, Seth spent his remaining years in Cabot, devoting his spare time to being a husband, father, and papa. His grandkids were his pride and joy. He was a devout Christian and lived his life for the Lord. In his later years he found comfort in his faith, and you could catch him watching church sermons, reading his Bible, and journaling his favorite Bible verses.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home (501)843-5816.
