Sharol Rae Jones, 65, of Cabot, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2024.  She was born April 9, 1959, in Batesville to the late David and Sharon Barnett.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sharae Jones and sister, Shanda Harness.

Sharol was a devout Christian woman who served the Lord passionately through her strong faith and kind spirit. Moreover, Sharol was a loving mother to her children, an amazing "Meme" to her grandchildren, a terrific sister to her siblings and a blessing to anyone who had the pleasure of calling her "friend."

Those left to cherish her memory and to miss her dearly are her children, Brett Jones (Lauren) and Christa Attaway (Brandon); their father, Marvin Jones; six (6) grandchildren, Cole Bryant (Kyla), Carson Attaway, Mac Attaway, Cate Attaway, Austin Attaway and Harper Attaway; sisters, Denise Swann (Johnny) and Beverly Echols (Ron); brother, David Barnett, as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00pm Saturday, June 1, 2024, at New Life Church on Main Street in Cabot with Pastor James Bennett officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00pm – 3:00pm prior to the service at the church.  Arrangements by Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 501-843-5816.  The family will have a private burial.
