Sue Carolyn Wilcox Dean, 79, of Cabot, went to her heavenly home on January 1, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Sue was born on January 8, 1945 in Conway, Arkansas to Rube and Minnie Wilcox.

Sue was an honor graduate and cheerleader at Greenbrier High School. In 1963, she met the love of her life and beloved husband, Lyndel Dean, of 61 years. Sue began her career in the title/abstract business, raising two daughters while being active in church in North Little Rock. She retired early to become the best babysitter and Mammaw to five grandchildren. Sue was known for her strong will, spunkiness, quick wit and unwavering love and devotion to her family. She enjoyed sewing, playing piano and was a voracious reader.

Those left to cherish her memory and miss her dearly are her husband, Lyndel; daughters, Cindy Pearson and Amy Jones (Brian); grandchildren, Hunter Jones, Dr. Parker Pearson (Mackenzie), Klein Pearson, Isaac Jones (Kylie), and Charlie Rose Pearson.

Funeral services are under the direction of Moore's Funeral Home in Cabot. Visitation will be at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Cabot, Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 9:00 with service to follow at 10:30. There will be a private burial service for immediate family.
